Born and raised in Montreal Quebec, Randi and Shawna Herlich, sisters & best friends are the creators & design team behind this sophisticated line of “Casual Diamond Jewelry”

The two have had an artistic and entrepreneurial spirit since they were children. At 10 years old, Shawna was busy designing jewelry and clothing for dolls, while Randi composed original musical scores on the piano. At 17, they designed their first line of earrings which sold across Canada, and following university, they both enjoyed successful careers in real estate & home design. While their creative outlets have been varied & numerous, their mutual passion for jewelry and design led them to the creation of The Right Hand Gal™ A distinct collection of pieces driven by the philosophy that “The left hand is reserved for the misters, but the right hand is reserved for the sisters”. ©
